- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will incur no charge.

- No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

2. Course Cancellations

2.1 Course Registration: Full payment is required at the time of registration for any courses offered by Taitam-D Beauty and Spa.

2.2 Cancellation Policy for Courses:

- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

- Transfer of Enrollment: Clients may transfer their enrollment to a future course date with at least 7 days' notice. Only one transfer is permitted per enrollment.

3. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies may arise. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these cases on an individual basis and may offer flexibility.
